Amazing dinner. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Ambiance very quiet and pleasant.

Attended our bi-annual wine group dinner at Sam's. The ambience. And atmosphere would take you back 50 years when it was a treat to eat at such an elegant upscale steak house, it's as if you are waiting for Frank, Dean and Sammy to perform. The food is excellent and the twice baked potato is the best I have ever had. Go and have a dinning experience as our grandparents had.. Truly a generational restaurant in the burbs. Worth the drive.

I haven't been to Sam's Steakhouse in about 20 years. We had 12 people there, this past Saturday for a birthday celebration. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was 100% SPECTACULAR!!!! The room, the service, the food, all top notch! Thanks to the entire staff for making it a GREAT NIGHT!! We'll be back soon!!

A friend and I stopped in to the bar to grab a bite after a visitation at Kutis. We just wanted and appetizers and a glass of wine. Perfect. Sam's was still decorated beautifully for the holidays. Just lovey and cozy. The bar was busy with people and chatting with the bartender and each other. Just a nice local bar feel. I tried the Sauvignon blanc. My friend ordered a shrimp cocktail and I chose the stuffed mushrooms. The wine was perfectly crisp and dry and went very well with the stuffed mushrooms. I was completely satisfied with just 4 stuffed mushrooms. We did also have some bread and butter. Great food. Really welcoming cozy neighborhood feel. I would definitely go back!

The food was absolutely delicious! everything prepared to perfection! the atmosphere was excellent and the entertainment by Mr Kelly was perfect! Sophia was our waitress and she continuously checked on us.

Very beautifully decorated from Christmas. Romantic. Food great even if expensive! Waitress and busboy were fantastic! They actually seemed to enjoy their job.

I went here for my pop's birthday and it was mighty alright! Our waitress was lovingly kind and was helpful. She let us take our time and talked with us soo much. Did I ever mention the place was well-kept? The dimmed lights and the entire set-up is awesome and the table is set neat and furnishing. Outdoor was also cool. The food itself was filling to say for the least. That's what matters for the most of it. Taste was good and rich, maybe a bit much and also a bit much of salty but I thought it was good and fresh for the most part. This place is nice and elegant, great for get-togethers with friends, and family. Well done! Lovely restaraunt and staff.

What an amazing evening. We were there celebrating our son's graduation from college. What a treat that we got to enjoy the holiday decorations. They were spectacular. The restaurant was absolutely packed but our service and server Joey were beyond excellent. Food was amazing! It was hot and served in a timely manner. The shrimp appetizer is a must. The temp on our steaks were exactly how we ordered them and the sides were piping hot!!' Don't miss out. This will become your new favorite restaurant!!

Sam's is an all around great place for food, service and ambiance! As you enter, staff are friendly and welcoming. You can walk in or make reservations. I recommend making reservations as it gets pretty crowded. I have walked in and eaten in the bar area which is my preference. Every time I have been here the food has been cooked to perfection! Sam's also has wide range of cocktails, beer and wine. I have been impressed with their wine list that pair well with their delicious steaks! The bartenders are knowledgeable and can recommend cocktails, wine and beer if you aren't sure or want to try something new. Sam's is the perfect place for a traditional steak and potatoes meal!

Wow, what a great experience we had here! The ambiance is great. I love the dark lighting, candles, and wood. We made a reservation and were seated promptly at our table. Our server and busser really made the whole experience for us. The server was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The busser was also attentive, making sure we had our drinks refilled, empty plates cleared, and boxes when we were ready. I really enjoyed the food. For appetizers we got the porkbelly deviled eggs and the Louisiana shrimp. The deviled eggs were so good. I was actually surprised I liked them but I could have eaten more haha. They were cooked perfectly and had an amazing sauce drizzle. The Louisiana shrimp was just okay. Don't get me wrong, they tasted good and they were large shrimp but for the price, I just didn't think it was worth it. For my meal, I got the peppercorn medallion and was happy with my choice! The meat was cooked well and I liked the sauce. I'm a big mashed potato fan and they were fine, nothing to write home about. The caesar salad was very good! The perfect proportion of lettuce to dressing to cheese ratio. The rest of my party got a variety of things- the New York strip with an added lobster tail, the grantwood filet, and the prime rib. Everyone liked the way their meat was cooked and the flavors. It was my husbands birthday and they brought out a dessert for him at the end.
